2025-2026 Leadership Estero Kicks-Off

The 2025-2026 Leadership Estero year-long program started with an exciting and revealing Kick-off event in September.

This year's roster is made up of:

Jessica Rhea from Florida Gulf Coast University was our facilitator, guiding the class through class expectations, team-building exercises and ice breakers.

Kristin Mellian from Florida Gulf Coast University’s Bower School of Music & the Arts led the class through an improv session that elevated communication and collaboration.

Kristi-Leigh Lyon (Class of 24) of Estero Speech and Language Services sponsored breakfast.

Kristy Nicol and Donna Vannett (Class of 24) of MaxWealth Management at LMCU sponsored lunch.

Jacob Winge and Trish Leonard (charter Class of 23) were honored for being our Legacy Leader premier sponsor through TLC Marketing & Creative Services.

The event was a success to a large extent due to the many efforts of the Leadership Steering committee, as well as the kickoff committee for their hard work putting the day together.
