Notice of 2026 Annual Meeting
NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETING
The Annual Meeting of the Greater Estero Chamber of Commerce is 6:30 p.m. Friday, June 5, at Hyatt Coconut Point Resort and Spa, 5001 Coconut Rd, Bonita Springs, during the 28th Annual Awards Dinner.
Two action items will be voted on during the meeting:
1. Bylaw Amendment: Approval is requested for an amendment to the Chamber bylaws that proposes adding the Immediate Past Chair of the Board of Directors to the Executive Committee of the Board. The Executive Committee is currently comprised of the Board Chair, Vice Chair, Treasurer, Secretary, and the President & CEO of the Chamber.
2. Election of Members, Officers: Approval is requested for the slate of officers and members of the Chamber’s Board of Directors for the 2026-27 year. A swearing-in ceremony will follow the vote.
